I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist based in Los Angeles, California, offering telehealth services statewide. I work at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA), where I specialize in supporting children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental differences, trauma, and mood concerns.
Originally from Argentina, I immigrated to the United States in 2011, an experience that shapes my culturally responsive and trauma-informed approach to care.
I have training and experience in a range of evidence-based therapies, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Managing and Adapting Practice (MAP), Seeking Safety, and Motivational Interviewing.
I also co-facilitate parent programs such as Incredible Years, Triple P Stepping Stones, Secret Agent Society, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy parent groups. Parent training is a core focus of my work, providing families with practical strategies and consistent guidance to support progress at home.
“If we understood from the outset that adult mental health is largely shaped in childhood, we would approach children’s emotional development with greater care and compassion.”
I believe meaningful change happens within a safe, trusting relationship. Healing begins when people feel genuinely seen, respected, and understood for who they are and the experiences they carry.
I take a person-centered, strengths-based approach, meeting each child, teen, and parent with curiosity, compassion, and a commitment to understanding their story.
My work is guided by the principle that growth happens in connection, not isolation. I show up present, attentive, and collaborative, supporting each person as they build on their own values, strengths, and capacities.
I take a collaborative, strengths-based, and person-centered approach to therapy, focusing on emotional regulation, communication, self-esteem, and interpersonal skills.
My goal is to empower children, teens, and families to build confidence, resilience, and meaningful connections. I aim to create a therapeutic space where clients feel understood, encouraged, and supported as they work toward personal growth and greater well-being.
I work with children, teens, young adults, and parents who may be navigating emotional, behavioral, or developmental challenges. Many of my clients experience ADHD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), trauma-related concerns, anxiety, or other mood challenges.
I also support families in improving communication, managing stress, building confidence, and strengthening relationships. My approach is collaborative, warm, and practical, providing strategies that are simple, realistic, and tailored to your family’s unique needs.
