Carina Vecchi, PsyD, is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in California providing evidence-based therapy for children, adolescents, and families. She specializes in supporting clients with neurodevelopmental differences, such as ADHD and autism spectrum disorder, as well as those navigating trauma, mood, and emotional challenges.
Dr. Vecchi currently works at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA), where she collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to support children and adolescents in navigating neurodevelopmental and emotional challenges. She also brings extensive experience from previous roles in schools, residential programs, and community mental health clinics, which informs her culturally sensitive and individualized approach to care.
